一、教师简介(请用宋体5号字填写)

1. Profile and Contact way of the Teachers

1)张旗教授:2007-2012武汉大学口腔医学院,心脏病学和牙体牙髓科,口腔生物医学工程教育部重点实验室;教授2011-2012TAM大学德州贝勒医学院,牙科访问学者;2012-至今 同济大学口腔医学院 教授,博导,主任医师。长期从事口腔实验室的管理和学生带教工作,有丰富的教学经验,在美国,欧洲和日本等牙科学校学习和工作,对于实验室技术教学非常熟悉。尤其是对于研究生的科研培训,有着较深刻的认识。对于目前国内的研究生教育,尤其是实验教学存在的问题和需要改进部分有着独立的思考和认识。曾经培养几十名硕士和博士研究生,发表了大量的研究文章。目前,主要从事牙齿发育研究。

2)孙瑶教授:2007-2011 美国TA&M大学健康科学中心Baylor牙学院 博士,博士后;2012-至今 同济大学口腔医学院 教授,博导。孙瑶教授主要研究方向为骨/牙本质细胞外基质蛋白的功能及机理研究。通过研究骨矿化相关蛋白的转基因动物模型对骨组织及相关组织的病变进行病因学研究。其中,对生物矿化相关SIBLING蛋白质家族的翻译后修饰过程的研究,以及所应用的转基因动物硬组织微量蛋白质提取技术处于本领域国际领先水平。 2007-2012,发表发表SCI文章25篇。其中,博士课题多项研究成果分别发表于JBC (生物化学杂志)及口腔医学领域影响因子最高的期刊JDR(牙科研究杂志)。  

3)褚明月2009-2012年华东师范大学生命科学院理学硕士,2012-至今 同济大学附属口腔医院,助理工程师。从事口腔医学院中心实验室仪器设备和实验技术的培训,熟悉基本的实验操作。主要研究方向为动物细胞与分子生物学,主要参与课题:组蛋白H3K4me2特异结合的蛋白Nardilysin的鉴定、特征及在基因转录调控中的作用,Paf1复合体与组蛋白H3K4me2特异结合及其功能的研究,硕士期间研究成果发表在JBC(生物化学杂志)。2013年作为通讯作者发表1篇文章在生物学教学(核心期刊),2014年作为通讯作者发表1篇文章在生物学教学(已接收)。  

1)Zhang Qi ,2007-2012 Professor, Department of Cariology and Endodontics,KeyLaboratory for Oral Biomedical Engineering of Ministry of Education, School and Hospital of Stomatology, Wuhan University. 2011-2012 visiting scholar, Baylor College of Dentistry, TA&M Texas University. 2012-present School of Stomatology, Tongji UniversityProfessor, Department of Endodontics, School of Stomatology, Tongji University. She has long been engaged in the dental laboratory management and student teaching work, has rich experience in teaching, in USA, Europe and Japan and other dental school and work.She is very familiar to laboratory teaching. Especially for graduate research training, have a more profound understanding of. The current domestic graduate education, especially the problem of experimental teaching and the need to improve the part with the thinking and understanding of the independent.she has been training dozens of MSC and PhD students, published a large number of research papers. At present, she is mainly engaged in tooth development research.  

2)Sun Yao, 2007-2011 Postdoctoral doctor, Health Science Center at Baylor of  TA&M University School of dental American; 2012-present Professor ,School of Stomatology, Tongji University, He has long been engaged in the the function and mechanism of bone and dentin extracellular matrix proteins. The transgenic animal model of bone mineralization related proteins in etiological studies on bone and related tissues. Among them, the study of biomineralization related SIBLING family protein post-translational modification process, and the application of transgenic animal hard tissue protein extraction technology in the field of international leading level. 2007-2012, , he published 25 SCI articles. Among them, a number of research results were published in JBC (the Journal of Biological Chemistry) and oral medicine journal affect the highest JDR factor (Journal of dental research).  

3) Mingyue Chu, master students graduated from East China Normal University(2009-2012),2012 – present, assistant engineer in affiliated stomatology hospital of Tongji University.She is engaged in laboratory equipment and experimental techniques trainings in Stomatology Center,and she is familiar with basic experimental operation. Her main research direction is animal cell and molecular biology,main projects involvedidentification, characteristics and role of Nardilysin-a histone H3K4me2 specific binding protein-in the regulation of gene transcription .he specific binding between Paf1 complex and histone H3K4me2 and its biological functional study.Published paper: one in JBC(Journal of Biological Chemistry) during master study, one in biology teaching Journal in 2013 as Corresponding author, one in biology teaching(accepted)in 2014 as Corresponding author.

2. Course Description

   口腔实验技术课的安排是针对硕士研究生阶段的一门课程,目的是帮助研究生在真正进入实验阶段前熟悉和掌握基本实验原理和方法,提高科研能力,帮助学生更好地进行以后的科学研究活动。  

   该课程除了要求掌握一定的理论,更重要是要求学生能够熟练进行基本和主要的的实验操作。该实验技术课主要采用讲述理论和学生实验操作结合以实践为主的方式进行  

   The experimental course of Stomatology is designed for graduate students, aim to help the graduate students to get familiar with the basic experimentalprinciples and methods before entering the real system, aim to improve their research capabilities to make them fully prepared to the future scientific studies.

   In addition to being aware of certain theory, more importantly,the students are required to be proficient in the basic and major experimental operations. This course will be delivered in a practice-oriented mannerby combing the theoretical knowledge and experimental operations.

3. Course Objective and Requirement

  通过本课程的学习,掌握基本的理论知识和实验操作技能,培养口腔研究生科研能力(科研的思维、科研的方法),为学生提供探索、挖掘口腔医学研究的实验工具与技能,启发研究生的科研兴趣,产生科学灵感。将《口腔医学实验技术》建设成为一门高质量的研究生通开课,推进研究型教学。  

This course aim to help the students to master the basic theoretical knowledge and experimental skills,to cultivate the research capabilities (scientific thinking, scientific method) of the graduate students.to offer a good opportunity for the students to explore the experimental tools and skills to study Stomatology.More importantly, to cultivate their interests in science research.We aim to make this course a high-quality graduate open course, to promote the research-based teaching.

主要从实验技术角度出发,对学生进行科研技术的基本培训,强调口腔专业特色和基本知识概念的讲解。

From the perspective of the main experimental techniques, basic training for students in scientific research and technology, emphasizing oral explain the basics of professional features and concepts.

5. Experiment and Internship

1)分子生物学技术部分,掌握PCR的原理理论和实验操作,掌握荧光定量PCR的理论,了解荧光定量PCR的实验操作。

2)免疫学技术部分,掌握垂直电泳的理论与实验操作,掌握Western技术的原理理论,了解Western技术的实验操作。

3)显微镜部分,掌握显微镜观察的应用理论和基本操作。

4)组织学技术部分,掌握常规组织学处理(取材,固定,脱水,包埋,HE染色)的理论与实验操作,了解免疫组织化学的原理理论和(组织取材,切片)实验操作。

5)细胞培养技术部分,掌握细胞的原代培养和传代培养(分类,形态,结构,成分,显微镜下观察,冻存,复苏)的应用理论和基本操作。

1) molecular biology technology, master the principles and theories of PCR experimental operation, grasp the fluorescence quantitative PCR theory, understand the operation of fluorescent quantitative PCR.
2) immunological techniques, grasp the theory and experiment of vertical electrophoresis, theory and master the Western technology, understand the operation of Western technology.
3) microscope techniques:grasp the application of the theory of microscopy and basic operation.
4) histological techniques, with master routine organization (sampling, fixation, dehydration, embedding, HE staining) theory and experimental operation, to understand the principles and theories of immunohistochemistry (tissue sampling, slice) experimental operation.
5) technology of cell culture, grasp the primary culture and passage of cell culture (classification, morphology, structure, composition, microscope, cryopreservation, resuscitation) theory and the basic operation.
