掌握与口腔修复学有关的牙体解剖学、颞下颌关节病学、牙体牙髓学，牙周病学，生物力学以及材料学，神经生理学等。

Preparatory Course Requirement

To grasp the correlative knowledge of Prosthodontics such as Dental Anatomy, TMJ Arthrosis, Endodontics, Periodontics, Biomechanics and Material，neurophysiology and so on.

1. Profile and Contact way of the Teachers

苏剑生教授

同济大学口腔医学院党委副书记，口腔修复学教研室主任，教授、主任医师、博士生导师。中华口腔医学会口腔修复学专委会常委；中华医学会医学美学与美容学分会委员、口腔学组副组长；上海口腔医学会理事、口腔修复专委会副主任委员；上海医学会医学美学与美容学分会副主任委员, 专注于美容修复,疑难修复。主持并完成国家自然科学基金项目2项、省部级科研项目6项。目前在研主持国家自然科学基金项目1项、教育部博士点基金（博导类）项目1项、上海市科委重点项目2项。在国内外核心期刊上发表论著51篇（其中SCI收录论文10余篇），公开出版专著和教材13部，获得国家发明等专利23项。先后获上海市科技成果六项，获霍英东教育基金会高等院校青年教师奖，获上海市第八届教育科学研究优秀成果二等奖、上海市教学成果一等奖、二等奖各一项。

Su Jian-Sheng, Professor & Chair, Dept. of Proshtodontics, Associate Dean, School of Stomatology,Tongji University. He is a standing Committee member of Chinese Prosthodontics Society, and Vice President of Shanghai Prosthodontics Society and Shanghai Medical Cosmetology Society. He presided over and finished the national natural science fund (3 items). More than 60 articles, including 10 SCI articles, has been published. He has published 13 monographs and textbooks and accessed 23 the national invention patent. He achieved 6 items of Shanghai scientific and technological achievements.

2. Course Description

口腔修复学研究是口腔医学的一个分支学科，研究用符合生理的方法，采用人工装置修复口腔及颌面部各种缺损的并恢复其相应的生理功能，预防或治疗口颌系统疾病的一门临床科学。

Orthodontics is a branch of Stomatology. It is a clinical restoration science which research appropriate physical method to repair oral and maxillofacial defects and restore its physiological function with artificial devices, furthermore prevent or treat jaw system disease.  

课程性质：专业课

课程目的：研究口腔及颌面部各种缺损及相关口颌系统疾病的病因、机制、症状、诊断、预防和治疗方法，利用人工材料制作各种修复体，以恢复各类缺损，预防和治疗口颌系统疾病，从而恢复其正常形态和功能，促进患者的身心健康

Characteristics and Objective

To study the etiology, mechanisms, symptoms, diagnosis, prevention and treatment of oral, maxillofacial defects and related mouth jaw system disease, to restore all kinds of defects with various restorations made from artificial materials, to restore its normal morphology and function, and to promote the patient's physical and mental health.

3. Course Objective and Requirement

掌握固定修复体、可摘局部义齿、全口义齿和种植义齿的原理，适应症和方法。

To grasp the principle, indication and methods of fixed partial denture, removable partial denture, complete denture, and implant denture.

课程基本内容

了解口腔修复临床中容易出现的问题及错误，掌握解决这些问题的方法。

掌握临床常用粘结修复方法以及粘结原理和常用粘结剂，了解粘结理论和粘结剂的新进展。  

掌握微创修复，微创美容的设计思路及常用临床修复方式。

掌握种植义齿的适应症，上部结构的固位方式，以及出现问题时的处理。

掌握口腔修复中的有关颌位，以及咬合重建时颌位要求，咬合重建的临床步骤。

掌握不同牙龈类型的解剖特点，不同牙龈类型的修复体选择要点。  

了解口腔材料的理化性能；掌握不同口腔修复材料的特点和临床应用注意点。

掌握不同种植体表面处理方法对骨结合的影响，研究更好的表面处理方法。

掌握口腔修复新技术，新方法，新原理。

Basic Content

Understand the problems and errors in dental restorations. Master the approaches to solve these problems.  

Grasp commonly used bonding restorative methods, clinical principles and adhesives, understand new progress in adhesive bonding theory.  

Master the concept of minimal invasive restoration. Training of minimal invasive cosmetic design and clinical restoration approach.

Grasp jaw positions, and their applications in occlusal reconstruction, master clinical procedures of occlusal reconstruction.

Grasp the different types of gums anatomical features, different choice of restoration based on gum types.

Understand physical and chemical properties of dental materials. Master the clinical application of dental materials.  

Understand new technology, methods and principles in prosthodontics.
