掌握与牙合学有关的牙体解剖学、颞下颌关节病学、牙体牙髓学，牙周病学，生物力学以及材料学，神经生理学等。

Preparatory Course Requirement

To grasp the correlative knowledge of Prosthodontics such as Dental Anatomy, TMJ Arthrosis, Endodontics, Periodontics, Biomechanics and Material，neurophysiology and so on.

1. Profile and Contact way of the Teachers

苏剑生教授

同济大学口腔医学院党委副书记，口腔修复学教研室主任，教授、主任医师、博士生导师。中华口腔医学会口腔修复学专委会常委；中华医学会医学美学与美容学分会委员、口腔学组副组长；上海口腔医学会理事、口腔修复专委会副主任委员；上海医学会医学美学与美容学分会副主任委员, 专注于美容修复,疑难修复。主持并完成国家自然科学基金项目2项、省部级科研项目6项。目前在研主持国家自然科学基金项目1项、教育部博士点基金（博导类）项目1项、上海市科委重点项目2项。在国内外核心期刊上发表论著51篇（其中SCI收录论文10余篇），公开出版专著和教材13部，获得国家发明等专利23项。先后获上海市科技成果六项，获霍英东教育基金会高等院校青年教师奖，获上海市第八届教育科学研究优秀成果二等奖、上海市教学成果一等奖、二等奖各一项。

Su Jian-Sheng, Professor & Chair, Dept. of Orthodontics, Associate Dean, School of Stomatology,Tongji University. He is a standing Committee member of Chinese Orthodontic Society, and Vice President of Shanghai Prosthodontics Society and Shanghai Medical Cosmetology Society. He presided over and finished the national natural science fund (3 items). More than 60 articles, including 10 SCI articles, has been published. He has published 13 monographs and textbooks and accessed 23 the national invention patent. He achieved 6 items of Shanghai scientific and technological achievements.

2. Course Description

《牙合学》是一门基础与临床紧密结合的学科，它是以咬合为中心阐述咀嚼系统个组成部分的形态、功能、功能异常和临床应用等；也是口腔修复、正畸、牙体牙周等各学科的生物学基础之一。

Occlusion is a subject combinding basic knowledge with clinic experience. It focuses on occlusion, expatiating on the morphology, function, malfunction and clinical application of the whole oral-occlusion system. It also provides biological basis for prosthodontics, orthodontics, tooth repairing and periodontics, etc.

课程性质：专业课

课程目的：牙合学理论是口腔医务工作者处理咬合的准则和依据。在国外牙合  学已经成为一门新兴的独立学科，从生理到病理，从基础到临床，理论联系实际的应用学科。

Characteristics and Objective

The theory of occlusion is the criteria and reference for treating cases relating to occlusal diseases. Occlusion has becoming a burgeoning and independent subject, which combines physiology and pathology, basic knowledge and clinic theory.

掌握牙合概念，颞下颌关节及生物力学，下颌运动，磨牙症和咬合治疗。

To grasp the principle and concept of occlusion, the temporomandibular joint and biomechanics, mandibular movement, bruxism and occlusion therapy.

课程基本内容

第一章 牙合的概念和进展  

了解牙合与颞下颌关节咀嚼肌的关系，掌握牙合的生物力学，接触特征，分类以及临床的牙合检查。

第二章 颞下颌关节及其生物力学  

掌握颞下颌关节的功能运动及其生物力学，关节软骨、关节盘、关节囊、关节韧带的生物力学，了解颞下颌关节的改建。

第三章 咀嚼肌  

掌握咀嚼肌的功能特点及其肌电特征和肌电图的临床应用。

第四章 下颌运动  

掌握下颌运动的分类和测量分析，了解下颌运动的神经肌肉控制。

第五章 颌位与咬合重建  

掌握口腔修复中的有关颌位，以及咬合重建时颌位要求，咬合重建的临床步骤。

第六章 颞下颌关节病  

了解颞下颌关节病病因，临床表现，掌握颞下颌关节病的临床检查其及分类诊断和治疗。

   

第七章磨牙症

了解磨牙症的病因；掌握磨牙症的临床表现及问危害性，掌握磨牙症的诊断和治疗。

第八章咬合治疗

了解咬合板的类型及机制和适应症；掌握调合的适应症、目的、步骤和注意事项。

Basic Content

Chapter 1 Concept and Progress of Occlusion

 To understand the relationship between occlusion, muscles and temporomandibular joint. To grasp biomechanics of occlusion, contact characteristics, classification and clinical examination.  

Chapter 2 The TemporomandibularJoint and Its Biomechanics

To master the function of the temporomandibular joint movement and biomechanics, articular cartilage, articular disc and articular capsule, joint ligament biomechanics, understanding of the temporomandibular joint reconstruction.

Chapter 3 Masticatory Muscle

To master function characteristics and the electrical characteristics of masticatory muscle and to grasp the clinical application of electromyography.

Chapter 4 Mandibular Movement

To grasp the classification of the jaw movement and measurement analysis, understand the mandibular movement of neuromuscular control

Chapter 5 Jaw Position and Occlusion Reconstruction

To grasp relative jaws, in dental restorations and occlusal reconstruction of jaw position requirements, clinical steps of occlusal reconstruction

Chapter 6 Temporomandibular Disorders

To understand the temporomandibular disorders etiology, clinical manifestations, and master the temporomandibular joint disease clinical examination of the classification and diagnosis and treatment.

Chapter 7 Bruxism

To understand the causes of bruxism; To master the clinical manifestations and ask harmfulness of bruxism, master the diagnosis and treatment of bruxism.

Chapter 8 Occlusal Therapy

To understand the type of occlusal splint and the mechanism and indications; Grasp the indication of blending, purpose, steps and matters needing attention.
